DIY Easter Banner

Easter is one of my very favorite Holidays. I love the traditions, fancy new Easter outfits, baskets full of goodies, the candy of course....(don't even get me started about the Reece's Eggs, Peeps, and so on) it's hands down the best candy time of all. I love the feel of spring and warmth that comes with Easter, but, most of all I love what it represents. I have been trying to focus on Easter
and the real reason we celebrate, the resurrection of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
I hope I can teach my little ones to feel this same love.
Lately,  I have been really trying to focus on what matters most in life, spending less time
on social media, tv, blogging- hence the two month lapse in posting!!!!
I am trying to spend as much time with Rosie as I can before this next babe comes.
Quality time, not time while looking at my phone.
Anyways, I wanted to do a few Easter crafts together and this one was so simple yet so charming.
I bought a few packs of these Metallic letters in the $1 section at Target.
Simply put a dot of hot glue on the back, glued them to some embroidery floss we already had,
and voila' an easy peasy Easter Banner. It turned out so cute, the perfect little touch for our wreath.

P.S. I have to share these candy eggs with ya'll!
They are my all time favorite candy as decor! They're gorgeous!
Everyone always asks what they are, or "are they edible?"
I have them all over the house as you can see.
They're the perfect dreamy Easter colors (and little ones will love to eat them)
Bonus, they are from the dollar store- and come in a big bag!
